Review our Provider Credentialing Policies
MVP’s credentialing policy requires that all practitioners complete a full, verified credentialing or recredentialing process—including a current and attested CAQH application, primary‑source verifications (license, DEA, education/training), malpractice coverage, work‑gap explanations, and all required third‑party confirmations—before they can be contracted, reimbursed, or listed in MVP’s provider directory. MVP National Networks
Practitioners outside our area can serve MVP Members through the Cigna national network. To understand MVP’s National Alliance with Cigna, review the CIGNA Reference Guide.
