Availity Essentials is MVP’s secure, multi-payer provider portal. Through Availity, Providers can access key administrative tools to support day-to-day business with MVP, including eligibility and benefits, claim status, remittance information, prior authorization resources, and payer-specific transactions.
To register for Availity Essentials, gather your organization’s key legal, tax, NPI, specialty, and administrator details, then visit theAvaility Essentials registration page. If you are already enrolled with Availity, MVP will now show as an option in your dropdown menu on the homepage.
MVP offers electronic payment and remittance options through Zelis and ePayment Center. Providers can enroll, choose the payment and remittance delivery methods that work best for their organization, access payment history and 835-remittance data, and review Payment Resources for registration instructions and support. To view your MVP claim remittance information in one familiar workspace within Availity, sign in to Zelis and direct your 835 remittance to send to Availity.
Access MVP EDI Resources for Payor ID details, FAQs, preferred clearinghouse vendors, EFT/ERA guidance, transaction companion guides, routine maintenance updates, and EDI Service Department support.

Review Education and Attestation Resources to identify applicable annual trainings and compliance attestations, complete requirements for cultural competency, exclusionary database monitoring, D-SNP, VFCA, and related topics, and share relevant clinical, behavioral health, and care coordination resources with staff as needed.
