Access Your Funds
As you use your prepaid benefits card, your purchase will automatically apply to the correct balance to pay for eligible items and/or covered services.
Please note, your prepaid benefits card is not a credit card, and it cannot be used at an ATM or to receive cash back or to buy prescription drugs, alcohol, tobacco, firearms, or gift cards. The card comes pre-loaded with the benefit allowance, but it must be activated before use.

What is a Benefits Mastercard® Prepaid Card?
The card gives you easy access to funds that can be used to purchase what you needto personalize your care. It also gives you a simple way to pay for eligible items and services.

How do I activate the card?
Members can activate their card in one of the following ways:
- Call 1-877-205-8005 (TTY 711)
- Log in to their personalized Benefits Pro Portal at MVP.NationsBenefits.com/Activate
- Scan the QR code provided on the materials that arrived with the new card.

How can I check my card balance?
You can check your card balance at MVP.NationsBenefits.com or through the Benefits Pro app. You can also call 1-855-996-4327(TTY 711) for cardholder transaction information.

What if there is not enough money in my account to cover the entire purchase?
If the purchase amount is more than the available funds on your card, you will need to pay the balance with another form of payment.

Can I access all participating retailers or just those in my state/service area?
You can access nationwide locations for participating retailers based on your program design, so you can use your card on vacation or while traveling. To find a participating store nearby please enter your ZIP code in the store finder tool at MVP.NationsBenefits.com or on the Benefits Pro™ App.

What if my card is lost or stolen?
If your card is lost or stolen, login to your Benefits Pro™ Portal or login on the App to request a new card. You can also call 1-855-996-4327 (TTY 711).

In-person visits and referrals are subject to cost-share per plan. Members enrolled in a Medicare Rx plan without additional MVP medical coverage do not have access to MVP virtual care services through Gia.
