From the operating room to the boardroom, Dr. Richard Dal Col brings extensive experience to MVP as a strategic business leader and health care visionary. With an “all-in” attitude, Dr. Dal Col’s leadership draws on equal parts business instinct and work ethic to build and helm high impact initiatives.
His extensive credentials include a Doctor of Medicine degree from Albany Medical College and board certification in preventative medicine, cardiothoracic and general surgery. He also holds a master’s degree in public health from SUNY Albany and a bachelor’s degree from LeMoyne College.
Dr. Dal Col’s background spans the health care continuum. Most recently, he implemented innovative clinical technologies to improve population health outcomes for EmblemHealth; and thanks to prior roles leading CDPHP’s medical operations and overseeing the cardiac surgery department at St. Peter’s Hospital, he possesses a deep understanding of patients’ unique needs.
